At a time when countries are closing borders and curbing migration, health workers are the exceptions. India is the world’s largest exporters of the healthcare workers to the developed countries such as Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia New Zealand and Israel. Needless to mention around 69000 Indian doctors and 56000 nurses are working in UK, US, Canada and Australia. It is evident from the data available by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development OECD) in 2017. By 2022 the ministry of Skill Development and entrepreneurship (MSDE) would supply 30,000 healthcare professionals including doctors, nurse, and persons belonging to allied health services, to countries US,UK, Germany, Australia, Japan and many more. Therefore the health care professionals are going to be in a huge demand in the future to come.
